Not only are our brownies amazing, they're also perishable... That means that we're unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the baked goods are defective or damaged. However, in the unlikely event that you have any problems, please contact us at contact@bakerym.co.uk and we will see what we can do to resolve the problem for you.

Cancellations 

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email contact@bakerym.co.uk as soon as possible. As our brownies are baked to order, we won't be able to amend or cancel your order once they are in the oven - and sometimes we're very quick off the mark!
